• Diploma or Associate Degree from an approved nursing program.
• RNs without a Bachelor's must enroll in an RN to BSN program within two years and complete within five years.

• Deliver and document direct, age-specific nursing care based on orders and a multidisciplinary plan.
• Safely administer prescribed medications and identify incompatibilities or interactions.
• Provide direction, education, and begin to develop unit-level leadership skills.
• Collaborate with health care teams to ensure safe, patient-centered care.
