Qualifications

• Current RN license issued by the state where services will be provided or a valid multi-state license via eNLC.
• Certification in Basic Life Support within 30 days of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates safety and continuity of care using documentation and handoff tools.
• Creates plan of care using the nursing process: assessment, diagnoses, intervention, evaluation.
