Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a skilled RN to join the Neurosciences Unit at Atrium Health Cabarrus on a full-time night shift. The 28-bed unit provides advanced care for stroke, seizures, and other neurological conditions in a setting that emphasizes collaboration and professional growth.

You will work 3 twelve-hour night shifts with weekends and holidays rotating. Completion of an accredited nursing program, current RN license in the state, and BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• Not for candidates with less than 6 months nursing experience or new graduate RNs.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and best patient experience across the continuum using evidence-based practice and strong communication.
