Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting in New Jersey. You will collaborate with physicians, therapists, and support staff to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

The role emphasizes evidence-based practice, ongoing education, and adherence to nursing standards. You will participate in care planning, documentation, and patient education to support positive outcomes.

Qualifications

Current and valid RN license to work at Hackensack Meridian Health location.
BLS/CPR certification within 60 days of hire.
Associate or diploma in Nursing required; BSN pursued within 3 years of hire.

Responsibilities

Deliver nursing care per evidence-based practices and standards.
Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, efficient patient flow.
Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care, including documentation and patient education.
Administer medications with bar-scanning for safety and accuracy.
Discharge patients and coordinate transition of care with families and providers.
