Qualifications

• High school diploma with 2 years of research/clinical experience or a Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biology, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of basic cell and molecular biology protocols.
• Willingness to learn advanced wet lab techniques (genetic editing, sequencing library prep).
• Excellent organization, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Tissue culture: maintain/use stem cell lines, primary cultures, including iPS cells and organoids; handle related assays.
• Wet lab: perform molecular biology techniques, CRISPR/Cas9 work, RNA/protein isolation, qRT-PCR, western blot, imaging.
• Lab maintenance: manage supplies, cleanliness, safety compliance, onboarding new members.
• Animal handling: intracranial injections in mice, tumor growth studies, bioluminescence imaging, therapy administration.
• Support lab operations and contribute to neuroscience and cancer research.
