Job summary

Sanofi in Cambridge, MA seeks a Spring Co-op in Neurobiology to contribute to Parkinson's disease research under direct mentorship. Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a master or PhD in biomedical, life sciences or related field with plans to graduate by fall 2028.
• Must be permanently authorized to work in the U.S. and not require sponsorship of an employment visa at the time of application or in the future.
• Students currently on CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT usually require future sponsorship for long term employment and do not meet the requirements for this program unless eligible for an alternative long-term status that does not require company sponsorship.
• Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university throughout the duration of the co-op/internship.
• Must be able to relocate to the office location and work 40hrs/week, Monday-Friday, for the full duration of the co-op/internship.

Responsibilities

• Perform mammalian cell culture, including iPSC-derived neuron and glia culture techniques
• Execute standard molecular and biochemical assays including ELISA, MSD immunoassays, immunoprecipitation, Western blot, and RT-qPCR
• Assist with in vivo mouse studies, including animal handling, basic dosing procedures and tissue collection
• Follow established protocols with precision and scientific rigor, maintaining meticulous laboratory records and documentation
• Collaborate with team members on both individual and group research projects
• Contribute to experimental design discussions and data documentation in alignment with Sanofi's scientific standards
