Job summary

The Research Foundation for Mental Hygiene, Inc. in New York, NY seeks a full-time Research Assistant for the Center for OCD and Related Disorders. The RA will work under Dr.

Qualifications

• BS or BA in Biology, Neuroscience, Psychology (with emphasis on Neuroscience) or closely related field.
• Academic excellence (above 3.2) in relevant college classes.
• Living in or willingness to move to the tri-state area.

Responsibilities

• Assist in running clinical research studies under supervision.
• Assist with participant recruitment and screening for study eligibility.
• Accompany participants to MRI and PET scans and assist imaging procedures.
• Manage data and IRB applications.
• Prepare blood and biological samples and perform blood draws.
• Two-year commitment is required.
