Responsibilities

• Sets up and operates scientific apparatus and makes minor repairs.
• Prepares correspondence and answers phones.
• Forms and maintains bibliographies and completes applications and forms.
• Orders laboratory supplies and maintains culture media reagents.
• Reviews and edits materials for publication and prepares publication schedules.
• Maintains logs, records, and study notebooks.
• Adheres to University policies and safeguards assets.
• Create and maintain participant charts and coordinate appointments.
• Enter research data into study databases and records systems with high accuracy.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews of entered records and flag discrepancies.
• Retrieve data from laboratory and clinical machines and upload to data management systems.
• Interact with research participants, faculty, and staff professionally.
