Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to lead specialty sales with a CNS focus. You will recruit and mentor a high-performing district team and collaborate with clinical, market access, and commercial teams to drive adoption and outcomes.

The role requires extensive travel (up to 75%), a valid driver's license, and credentialing across facilities. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and startup-like agility are essential in this growing company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus.
• 10+ years in the pharmaceuticals industry; 4 years of Sales Management preferred.
• Fewer than 3 years of leadership may be considered for Associate DSM.
• Specialty experience: CNS, psychiatry, schizophrenia, bipolar, or depression.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, retain, and develop high-performing teams.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Must reside near a major airport within the district.
• Travel up to 75% and ability to lift/move up to 15 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license and credentialing requirements knowledge.
• Startup/innovative environment experience advantageous.
