Lundbeck is seeking a Psychiatry Account Manager for the Cincinnati West, OH territory. You will lead promotion, apply data-driven strategies, and build strong customer relationships to drive sales in brain health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Sciences degree from an accredited college or university.
• 2+ years pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, biologics, medical device sales or related healthcare sales experience.
• Must demonstrate the intellectual capacity to score highly on disease and product training exams, including being certified on product knowledge annually.
• Self-starter, with a strong work ethic and outstanding communication skills.
• Must be computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
• Must live within 40 miles of territory boundaries.
• Driving is an essential duty of this job; must have a valid driver's license in good standing.
• Meeting and complying with reasonable industry-standard credentialing requirements of healthcare providers / customer facilities is required for continued employment with Lundbeck.

• Lead promotion of psychiatry portfolio and drive sales performance.
• Use data-based insights to create opportunities, develop strategy & tactics, allocate resources for sales execution.
• Build and maintain productive internal and external relationships based on customer needs.
• Gather and validate key market trends, apply therapeutic knowledge to uncover opportunities.
• Address payer access issues using Lundbeck resources.
• Apply knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and Lundbeck policies in daily activities.
