Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine seeks a Director, Neuroscience Portfolio Strategy to shape the long-term Neuroscience portfolio strategy across multiple Disease Areas. The role partners with senior leadership to drive prioritization, investments, and enterprise planning from discovery to lifecycle management.

You will lead a small team, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and support governance discussions to maximize patient impact and portfolio value.

Qualifications

A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in life sciences is required.
Post-graduate degree in life sciences strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead portfolio strategy and governance across Neuroscience Disease Areas and Development Teams.
Advise Neuroscience senior leadership on prioritization, investments, and lifecycle planning.
Collaborate with Discovery, Development, Commercial, External Innovation, Finance and Medical Affairs.
Drive enterprise-level planning and executive communications for portfolio strategies.
Support cross-functional governance forums and strategic process improvements.
