Job summary

Reporting to the VP, this role acts as the senior advisor to neuroscience leadership and partners across science, access, policy, and value.

This hybrid position prefers Raritan, NJ but Titusville, NJ or Spring House, PA may be considered, with travel up to 25–30%.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 15 years in communications or public affairs.
  • Experience leading communications for global pharmaceutical portfolios.
  • Trusted advisor to senior business and scientific leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead global neuroscience communications strategy aligned with business priorities.
  • Advise Neuroscience leadership on external positioning and risk.
  • Shape global narrative across disease areas and platforms.
  • Oversee launches, data readouts, and lifecycle milestones.
  • Partner with Public Affairs to support policy and access strategies.
  • Guide integrated planning across media, Congresses, and campaigns.
