You will guide the team to drive reimbursement education, PHI utilization, and support benefits investigations for neuroscience products, while ensuring regulatory compliance and travel up to 75% as required. Qualifications

• 8+ years in reimbursement, contract strategy, managed care sales, Part B/ Medical benefit, and/or healthcare/pharmaceuticals.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and develop Patient Access Specialists to achieve business goals.
• Direct team in providing reimbursement education and leveraging PHI for neuroscience products.
• Develop plans to support benefits investigation and prior authorization for neuroscience products.
• Provide communication and motivation to district members to deliver customer expectations.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements by the team.
