Qualifications

• Licensed Georgia RN with current license and BLS. Laminate is not required.
• Graduate of an NLN-accredited nursing program; a BSN preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years adult medical-surgical experience; supervisory preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily neuroscience unit operations and staff activities.
• Direct budget planning, financial accountability and productivity monitoring.
• Coordinate performance improvement measures and educational classes for staff competency.
• Communicate with physicians and relevant stakeholders to ensure quality patient care.
• Manage a 20-bed unit with focus on safety, quality outcomes and workflow efficiency.
