Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a Neuroscience LPN to provide direct, goal-directed patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse. The LPN will administer medications and communicate patient conditions to the RN, with additional duties in Employee Health for new hires and annual screenings as assigned.

Qualified candidates hold an active LPN license with BLS certification; ACLS/PALS/NRP may be required depending on department. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Active LPN license required; BLS certification required; ACLS/PALS/NRP may be required by department.
• Experience with patient care in a hospital setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct, individualized, goal-directed nursing care under RN supervision.
• Administer medications and report patient symptoms to RN.
• Perform health screenings for new hires and annual checks in Employee Health when assigned.
