Job summary

Qualifications

• Active LPN license required; BLS required.

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, individualized patient care under RN supervision.
• Administer medications and report symptoms to the RN.
• Perform health screenings for new hires and annual checks in Employee Health under supervision.
