Responsabilités

• Work with transgenic mouse lines and perform mouse surgical procedures.
• Conduct basic molecular biology experiments (PCR, cloning, etc.).
• Prepare tissue for analysis and perform microscopy.
• Prepare complex chemical solutions and media for experiments.
• Maintain experimental records according to standard lab practices.
• Record results of experiments accurately and timely.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
