Job summary

Qualifications

• RN licensure in the relevant state
• ACLS certification within 6 months for ED roles
• PALS certification within 1 year for applicable EDs
• Associate degree in nursing required

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care provided by supportive personnel and ancillary services
• Include patients and families in developing an individualized plan of care
• Educate patients and families on disease processes and plan of care
• Serve as patient advocate and provide care for medical, surgical, or minor conditions
• Maintain ACLS/PALS training compliance where required
