Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Associate's Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
• 1 year ICU or Co-op experience preferred.
• Current Ohio RN license and BLS/ACLS/PALS.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and coordinates interdisciplinary plan of care for ICU patients with the team.
• Communicates care plans to family and staff, establishing priorities based on assessment.
• Educates patients and families on treatment and ongoing care needs.
• Acts as a mentor for new personnel on the unit.
• Documents nursing process accurately per policy and procedure.
