The Neuroscience Health & Science Professional (HSP) is responsible for increasing territory sales and building customer relationships through product promotion and strategic management.

How You Will Achieve It

• Drive sales within your territory
• Engage with customers face-to-face and virtually
• Develop and execute effective call plans and engagement strategies
• Build rapport and maintain customer relationships using digital tools
• Utilize reports and analytics to identify opportunities
• Educate providers on product and disease states, leveraging approved information
• Collaborate across teams to address customer needs and Pfizer objectives
• Complete administrative tasks timely and compliantly

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 2 years of relevant experience, or an associate’s degree with 6+ years, or a high school diploma with 8+ years of experience
• Experience in sales, marketing, healthcare, or scientific roles
• Residency within 25 miles of the territory border
• Valid US driver’s license and ability to travel within the territory

Nice-to-Have

• 1+ years in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical sales/marketing
• Strong sales and territory management skills
• Knowledge of relevant disease states and products
• Reside within the territory

Other Details

Remote field-based position with a salary range of $71,700 to $180,200 plus quarterly incentives. Benefits include 401(k), health coverage, paid leave, and more. Relocation assistance may be available.
