Qualifications

  • MS in Bioinformatics, (Bio)statistics, (Bio)Mathematics or related discipline with 1 year of OMICS analysis experience.
  • Experience coding in R or Python; generating interactive or static data visualizations using R/Rshiny or Python.
  • BS with 3 years of OMICS analysis experience and 3 years coding/visualization and data interpretation.

Responsibilities

  • Work with computational biologists to analyze high-dimensional OMICS data for target discovery and project support.
  • Refine analysis workflows and data visualization tools in collaboration with bioinformatics engineers.
  • Communicate results to cross-functional teams through static and interactive visuals.
