Job summary

AbbVie in New Jersey is seeking an Associate Director of Neuroscience Commercial Strategy within the Corporate Business Strategy Office to drive commercial and market-innovation efforts across Psychiatry, Migraine, Parkinson’s, and Botox therapeutics.

You will partner with senior leaders, develop launch strategies, improve operations across units, and prepare senior leadership reviews, with substantial onsite collaboration and cross-functional engagement across the organization.

Qualifications

• BA/BS required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• At least 5-7 years of professional industry experience with consulting, pipeline management, or pharmaceutical marketing.
• Experience with Neuroscience products inline and in development preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills across senior leadership levels.

Responsibilities

• Identify and scope key strategic initiatives for the Neuroscience franchise.
• Lead end-to-end project execution with cross-functional partners.
• Influence senior leaders to align on a strategic vision and decisions.
• Develop launch strategies for launch-ready products with brand teams.
• Improve operational reviews and business governance across units.
