Job summary

Swedish Neuroscience Institute within Providence seeks an experienced Senior Director Clinic Operations to provide strategic and operational leadership for ambulatory functions, coordinating across clinics, subspecialty programs, and enterprise partners.

Responsibilities include translating strategy into actionable plans, improving quality, access, and financial performance, and guiding governance and performance across neuroscience services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• Master's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (preferred).
• 5 years of experience in project management roles within large/complex healthcare organizations.
• 5 years of experience in healthcare operations leadership role.
• 5 years of experience in financial business management and strategic development.
• Progressive leadership experience in multi-site ambulatory operations with accountability for clinic-level execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic and operational initiatives across the SNI focusing on neuroscience service line excellence.
• Ensure achievement of goals related to quality, patient outcomes, access, growth, and financial performance.
• Mentor direct reports and align priorities with institute strategy and multidisciplinary care delivery.
• Collaborate with medical directors and teams to design and optimize integrated care models across ambulatory and acute care settings.
• Identify barriers to patient flow and implement solutions to improve coordination and efficiency.
• Oversee growth strategies and expansion of specialty services and new care models.
• Define expectations for senior and clinic managers and ensure accountability for daily performance.
