Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Neuroscience Account Representative to join a nationwide sales team. You will launch a new CNS treatment and expand use of an on-market therapy by engaging clinicians and stakeholders across your designated territory.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of Life Science sales experience or proven results outside Life Science in the last two years. A competitive base salary accompanies opportunities for commissions/bonus within the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 2+ years' Life Science sales experience, or strong, documented sales results outside of Life Science in the last 2 years.
• Entrepreneurial, growth-focused mindset with compliant initiative.
• Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and build productive relationships.

Responsibilities

• Launch and manage assigned CNS territory to grow utilization of treatments.
• Educate clinicians and key stakeholders about products and opportunities.
• Build genuine, productive relationships with customers in the territory.
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities while maintaining compliance.
