Job summary

Learning Services, A Collage Rehabilitation Partner in Johns Creek, GA seeks an experienced Clinical Director to oversee development of client treatment plans and clinical programming for the Johns Creek program. This leadership role includes clinical supervision, program direction, team development, quality assurance, and financial oversight across sites.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years in brain injury or neurological rehab, advanced licensure, and strong skills in planning,

Qualifications

• Advanced degree and active professional licensure in Mental Health or Rehabilitation fields.
• 5+ years of clinical brain injury/neurological rehabilitation experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clinical oversight: manage treatment planning and programming across Georgia programs.
• Admissions & discharges: review files, approve admissions, conduct intake.
• Cross-functional coordination: align physicians with therapists and ensure service coverage.
• Family & funder liaison: educate and report progress to families and funders.
• On-call & crisis management: participate in on-call coverage for crises.
• Quality assurance: approve assessments, reports, and plans per regulatory standards.
