Job summary

Allegheny Health Network is seeking a Neuropsychology Test Technician to support psychologists in cognitive and behavioral assessments. You will administer, score, and observe standardized tests and assist with daily clinical tasks, including patient records and room setup.

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or 2 years of relevant experience; MA/MS preferred, with potential certification within two years.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2 years of relevant experience.
• MA/MS preferred.
• Experience administering and scoring neuropsychological tests (e.g., WAIS, WMS).

Responsibilities

• Administers and performs neuropsychological assessment procedures with patients.
• Provides behavioral observations of patients during the testing process. Scores neuropsychological and psychological tests.
• Administers psychological rating scales.
• Maintains accurate clinical records including editing written reports and documenting office visits.
• Assists in training students to administer standardized tests.
• Assists with patient/provider communications under supervision (e.g., drafting letters, appointment reminders).
• Maintains testing materials and space (inventory, cleaning).
• Performs other duties including assisting in research studies.
