Job summary

Valley Health System is seeking a Neuropsychometrist to administer, score, and interpret neuropsychometric tests for inpatients and outpatients. This role supports diverse clinical services and opportunities for Geropsychology training, under supervision of a Licensed Neuropsychologist.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related field; a Master’s degree is preferred. Certification by BCP is preferred, and BLS certification is required before orientation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related field is required.
• Master’s degree in psychology or related field is preferred.
• BCP certification is preferred.
• BLS Certification (AHA) required before orientation.
• Experience with neuropsychometric testing is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Administer and score neuropsychometric tests following standardized protocols.
• Maintain test security and adhere to APA and BCP guidelines.
• Prepare testing materials and maintain organized records.
• Assist in preparing comprehensive neuropsychological reports with accurate data.
• Collaborate with the supervising neuropsychologist and clinical team.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development, including Geropsychology training and BCP certification goals.
