Job summary

Executive Mental Health seeks a Neuropsychologist to provide in-person assessment and evaluation services for contracted skilled nursing facilities across California, including Petaluma. The role offers a balance of independent work with office and clinical support.

The ideal candidate holds a doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology, a California license, and Medicare eligibility, with willingness to learn telehealth and participate in forensic evaluations as needed.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology (PhD or PsyD) required.
• California psychologist license required.
• Medicare Provider eligibility required.
• Ability to join third-party insurer panels.
• Telehealth experience or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person neuropsychological assessments at contracted SNFs across CA, including Petaluma.
• Complete initial and detailed evaluations; address differential diagnoses and capacity issues.
• Offer staff education and curbside consultations to facility staff.
• Collaborate with forensic division; review records and testify when needed.
