Job summary

Executive Mental Health seeks a Neuropsychologist to provide assessment and evaluation services to contracted skilled nursing facilities across California, including Oakland. You will balance independent work with clinical and office support, focusing on age-related and cognitive conditions.

The ideal candidate has a doctoral degree in psychology, CA licensure, and experience with neuropsychological testing and forensic evaluations, with telehealth willingness encouraged.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) is required.
• Current and valid California psychology license is required.
• Medicare Provider eligibility and ability to be paneled with third-party insurers are required.
• Telehealth experience or willingness to learn telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide neuropsychological assessments and evaluations for contracted SNFs in CA.
• Conduct initial and detailed neuropsychological evaluations and differential diagnoses.
• Offer curbside consultations and treatment-planning recommendations to facility staff.
• Participate in forensic mental health evaluations as appropriate.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary medical team and document thoroughly.
