Job summary

Focus Clinic is seeking a Michigan-licensed or limited-licensed master’s-level therapist to support neuropsychological testing and counseling for children and adolescents. You will work under the supervision of a PhD psychologist, administer assessment measures, and contribute to a comprehensive care plan in a faith-based setting.

The role emphasizes skills-based counseling, collaboration with schools and families, and a strengths-based approach to executive functioning and emotional regulation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a closely related behavioral health field.
• Active Michigan license in good standing (LMSW/LLMSW, LPC/LLPC, or LMFT/LLMFT).
• Experience working with children/adolescents (ADHD/executive functioning preferred).

Responsibilities

• Administer and score neuropsychological and behavioral rating measures under supervision.
• Provide in-person and Telehealth counseling for children/adolescents.
• Support families with routines, organization, behavior plans, and school collaboration.
• Maintain accurate documentation aligned with insurance and clinical standards.
• Participate in team meetings and case consultations.
