ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Neuropsychometrics Coordinator, you'll take on a leadership role that goes beyond test administration. You'll drive excellence across our division by establishing and maintaining rigorous standards in neuropsychological testing, mentoring team members, and ensuring quality outcomes that directly impact patient care. Working under the supervision of a licensed psychologist, you'll combine hands-on clinical expertise with strategic oversight to shape how our team delivers neuropsychological services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead Division-Wide Training Initiatives: Design and deliver comprehensive training programs in neuropsychological test administration and scoring, ensuring all team members meet division standards and stay current with best practices.
  • Champion Quality & Consistency: Implement and oversee division-wide quality control protocols, establishing benchmarks that elevate the standard of care across all neuropsychological assessments.
  • Manage Clinical Operations: Maintain equipment inventory and coordinate resources to support seamless test administration and evaluation processes.
  • Mentor & Supervise Team Members: Provide constructive supervision to designated staff, conduct performance reviews, and foster professional development within your team.
  • Conduct Comprehensive Neuropsychological Evaluations: Administer and score neuropsychological test protocols with precision, conduct patient interviews, and produce detailed clinical reports that inform treatment decisions.
  • Perform Advanced Test Administration & Scoring: Execute all neuropsychological testing protocols with clinical accuracy, maintaining the highest standards of assessment practice.
QUALIFICATIONS
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education
  • Master's Degree in Psychology from an accredited university
  • Minimum 500-hour clinical practicum supervised by a licensed psychologist
  • Demonstrated continuing education in Neuropsychology
Experience
  • Three (3) years of supervised experience in neuropsychological test administration
  • Proficiency in administering and scoring neuropsychological test protocols
Skills & Competencies
  • Strong analytical ability to administer and score psychological and neuropsychological assessments
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Familiarity with statistical software and research protocols
  • Completion of a statistics course
Certifications & Licensures
  • Current licensure by the Michigan State Board as either a Limited Licensed Psychologist (Master's or PhD) or Licensed Psychologist
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience training other professionals in neuropsychometrics and test administration
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in clinical or supervisory settings
