Focus Clinic seeks a Michigan-licensed therapist to support neuropsychological testing and counseling for children and adolescents. You’ll administer assessments, help with feedback, and contribute to holistic care plans under supervision of a PhD psychologist.

The role emphasizes skills-based counseling (CBT, solution-focused) and collaboration with families, schools, and medical staff to improve executive functioning and emotional regulation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or closely related field.
• Active Michigan license in good standing (LMSW/LLMSW, LPC/LLPC, or LMFT/LLMFT).
• Experience with children/adolescents (ADHD/executive functioning preferred).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to follow structured processes and scoring procedures.
• Excellent communication with families, schools, and clinical teams.

• Administer and score neuropsychological and behavioral measures under supervision.
• Prepare patients/families for assessments; build rapport and set expectations.
• Ensure accurate testing setup, timing, scoring, and documentation.
