Job summary

Valley Children’s Healthcare in California’s Madera area seeks a Neuropsychology assessor to perform standardized testing and clinical interviews under the supervision of a licensed neuropsychologist. You will help evaluate cognitive, behavioral and emotional functioning in children and young adults, communicate findings clearly, and support patient education and referrals for continuation of care.

Prior related experience is preferred; bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• College Degree - 4 year in Psychology, Sociology or Behavioral Science (required)
• Masters Degree (preferred)
• Other BOP Certification (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Perform assessment procedures under supervision of a licensed neuropsychologist.
• Use clinical interviews and standardized tests to evaluate cognitive, behavioral and emotional functioning.
• Communicate findings clearly to credentialed neuropsychologist and assist in referrals.
