Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks a Neuropsych Sales Specialist to cover Phoenix metro including Peoria, Glendale and Yuma. The role emphasizes physician detailing, product demonstrations, and patient education to promote products and achieve sales targets.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree, 1+ year of B2B sales (pharma preferred), and strong communication skills; travel is expected. This is a full-time on-site position with territory travel.

Qualifications

Neuropsych Sales Specialist (Territory: Phoenix, Peoria, Glendale, Yuma)

Responsibilities:

• Build rapport with regional team members and key external contacts (HCP and office staff).
• Provide product demonstrations, physician detailing, and in-servicing.
• Consult with physicians, nurses, and office staff to promote products and provide product/patient education.
• Strategically manage and grow key accounts by tailoring solutions to meet unique needs; drive differentiation and sales targets.
• Review and analyze sales data to create territory plans and use promotional budget.
• Maintain call average per sales plan (face-to-face; focus on top target customers).
• Address external market challenges; collaborate cross-functionally to achieve sales strategies.
• Complete administrative duties for the territory.

Qualifications/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree required (preferably related field).
• At least 1 year of full-time documented business-to-business sales experience; pharmaceutical sales strongly preferred.
• Role level: Sales Specialist (min 1 year) or Executive Sales Specialist (min 7 years).
• Travel: regular travel; may include air and weekend/overnight.

Skills/Abilities (required/preferred):

• Proven accomplishments in market; strong interpersonal, written/oral communication.
• Ability to interact with HCPs face-to-face/virtual; proficient with technology.
• Preferred: knowledge of reimbursement/managed care/marketing; new product launch experience; broad therapeutic area experience.
• Must pass background, motor, and drug screening; valid US driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
