Job summary

Henry Ford Health System in Dearborn, MI, seeks a Neuromuscular Neurologist to join a multidisciplinary team. The role requires board eligibility/certification in Neurology with fellowship training in Neurophysiology and/or Neuromuscular.

Qualifications

• Board-eligible or board-certified Neurologist for clinical practice.
• Fellowship in Neurophysiology and/or Neuromuscular Neurology completed or in progress.
• Experience with EMG, ultrasound, and autonomic testing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate EMG labs with advanced instrumentation for single-fiber EMG, ultrasound, and autonomic testing.
• Opportunities to teach medical students, neurology residents, and neurophysiology fellows.

Neuromuscular Neurologist

The Neuromuscular Division at Henry Ford Health is seeking board eligible/certified Neurologist with additional fellowship training in Neurophysiology and/or Neuromuscular to join our multi-disciplinary team. The is one of the largest and most active in the Midwest, offering the most advanced neurologic medical and surgical therapies across all the major subspecialties.

• Utilize EMG labs equipped with state-of-the-art instrumentation to provide expertise in single-fiber EMG, ultrasound, and autonomic testing.
• Opportunities to teach medical students, neurology residents, and neurophysiology fellows.
• This subspecialty academic practice position also offers a tenure-track academic appointment for those who qualify, through Michigan State University - College of Human Medicine and Wayne State School of Medicine.
• Large supportive staff consisting of Neuromuscular Neurologists, nurses, APP's and MA's.
