Job summary

BridgeBio Pharma is seeking a Neuromuscular Account Manager to drive field-based engagement across a designated territory. You will lead account plans, present scientific data on BBP-418, and collaborate with Medical Science Liaisons and other teams to deliver patient-focused outcomes.

The role requires 8+ years in pharma with 5+ years in Rare Disease/Neurology, strong leadership, and the ability to travel. A BS/BA is required; MBA is a plus. Hybrid/office days with flexible rewards are offered.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in the pharmaceutical industry; 5+ years in Rare Disease/Neurology preferred.
• BS/BA required; MBA preferred but not required.
• Strong leadership, planning and organization, analytics, business acumen, decision making and problem solving.
• Excellent skills using remote technology to engage with customers.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals in an assigned territory by developing, implementing, and executing integrated account plans with specific tactics and action steps.
• Demonstrate subject matter expertise concerning scientific and clinical information for BBP-418.
• Apply a customer centric approach and engage customers in clinically relevant discussion utilizing approved materials.
• Effectively analyze sales data to identify opportunities for business growth or areas of concern in their territory.
• Be responsible for territory business planning and execution of key company initiatives.
• Compliantly partner with Medical Science Liaisons, Field Reimbursement, Patient Access and other cross-functional teams to develop strategies to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement dynamic account plans by analyzing the business and competitive landscape to drive business; build relationships with KOLs and hospital staff.

• Develop and implement dynamic account plans by analyzing the business, competitive landscape and territory market to drive business. Develops, nurtures and maintains professional relationships with targeted KOLs including physicians, medical staff, and key hospital personnel and multi-disciplinary center staff
• Navigates the account EMR process and develops and implements strategies to ensure successful product positioning and availability
• Completes tasks and projects assigned by Sales Leadership

This is a field-based position requiring travel across the territory, including inter-island travel, customer engagement, KOL meetings, and speaker program

8+ years of successful experience in the pharmaceutical industry and 5+ years in Rare Disease/Neurology markets preferred
