Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center's Berenson-Allen Center for Noninvasive Brain Stimulation is seeking a Neuromodulation Technician to administer TMS and related noninvasive procedures in clinical and research settings.

You will record patient histories, explain procedures, assist physicians, maintain equipment, and train new staff while ensuring a clean, compliant lab on the Boston campus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–3 years related work experience required.
• Experience with computer systems including web-based applications and MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Access).

Responsibilities

• Administers noninvasive brain stimulation procedures to patients and research participants.
• Records patient history and outlines procedures and risks while addressing questions.
• Determines technique to be performed; consults with attending physician as needed.
• Prepares a summary report of data and maintains equipment per protocol.
• Trains new technicians under supervision and leads team meetings.
• Maintains lab cleanliness and orders supplies; coordinates repairs as needed.
