The role combines direct patient care oversight with staff supervision, payroll, and performance evaluations to meet department goals.

The candidate will coordinate staffing, budgets, and care plans, ensuring timely documentation and adherence to policies. Experience as a Team Lead/ANM is preferred.

Qualifications

• RN license is required.
• Nursing diploma/Associate's degree required.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience; preferred 5–10 years in leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Hires, trains, assigns work and evaluates performance; ensures department goals.
• Participates in budget development and staffing plans; monitors variances.
• Provides patient care planning and documents according to policy.
• Develops collaborative care plans based on assessments and medical treatment.
• Oversees staff payroll updates, time cards and communications; schedules.
