Job summary

Mount Nittany Health is seeking a dedicated EEG technician to perform electroencephalograms (EEG) on-site at State College, PA. You will document results, ensure accuracy in patient charts, and collaborate with the clinical team to support billing and patient care.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, strong English communication, and reliable organization. BLS is preferred, and EEG licensure is advantageous.

• Maintain EEG equipment and ensure proper patient positioning and safety.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education

• High School or GED required.

Experience

• Two (2) years previous hospital experience preferred.
• EEG, and customer relation experience preferred.

License/Certification/Registration

• Meets the American Heart Association's standards for Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) and renews BLS every two years.
• License in EEG preferred.

Receives minimal supervision from the Manager Hospital Outpatient Clinics.
