Responsibilities

• Performs physical assessments, triage, and advises on treatment.

• Instructs patients and families on treatment and disease prevention.
• Provides leadership and guidance to clinical staff.
• Sets QA and infection control standards; trains on precautions.
• Performs diagnostic and therapeutic measures with physicians.
• Evaluates nursing practice and services.
• Records histories, performs tests, administers meds, ensures confidentiality.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
