Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in a related field plus extensive experience in clinical research.
• Experience with IRB processes and Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
• Proven ability to manage multiple clinical research projects and teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management and operational oversight for clinical/translational research initiatives (trials, registries, multicenter studies).
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, enrollment goals, and performance tracking.
• Coordinate regulatory submissions, study documentation, monitoring visits, and quality assurance activities.
• Oversee patient recruitment, enrollment, visits, and follow-up with clinical teams.
• Monitor data collection, documentation, quality, and reporting for investigators and sponsors.
• Manage research budgets, resources, and study start-up activities with institutional offices.
