Qualifications

• Active & Unrestricted IL license and DEA prior to starting.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology.

Responsibilities

• Provide healthcare services for adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients.
• Support H‑1B visa candidates.
• Participate in a Monday‑Friday clinic schedule.
