Qualifikationen

• Active & Unrestricted IL medical license and DEA prior to starting
• Board certified or board eligible in Neurology
• Graduate medical degree (MD/DO/MBBS) and neurology residency
• BLS certification required
• Licensed physician in the state of practice

Aufgaben

• Clinic schedule Monday–Friday with option of 4 or 5 days per week
• Call coverage 7 days per month
• Use EPIC EMR for documentation and workflows
• In-office procedures and patient care coordination with support staff
