Responsibilities

• Diagnose, prevent, or treat disease, defects or injuries and recommend or prescribe treatments.
• Render medical treatment consistent with professional standards of care regardless of patient's ability to pay or background.
• Complete accurate, legible, and timely medical records using CPT/ICD codes.
