Qualifications

• Residency completed; Board Certified or Board Eligible; Medical Staff Privileges.
• Licensed to practice medicine in the state of employment; DEA registration and controlled substances license.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, prevent, treat disease and injuries per professional standards.
• Document accurately using CPT and ICD codes; maintain timely records.
• Provide after-hours coverage with peers as required; participate in care coordination.
