Job summary

Texas Health Physicians Group seeks an experienced Physician Assistant for nonoperative Neurocritical Care Neurosurgery in Fort Worth, TX. The role features night shifts with premium pay and a multidisciplinary team approach to complex neurological conditions.

Responsibilities include evaluating Neurosurgery ER patients, inpatient rounding, and providing expert care on a busy level 1 Neurosurgical team while supporting on-call coverage. A Texas license and PA certification are required.

Qualifications

• Active Texas license or ability to obtain one.
• Physician Assistant Board Certification required.
• Experience in Neurosurgery or Critical Care preferred.
• Degree from an approved PA program required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and consult Neurosurgery ER patients.
• Inpatient rounding management for Neurosurgery patients.
• Night shift coverage from 7 PM to 7 AM (7 on/7 off).
• Support the neurosurgical on-call team with expert care.
