Bristol Regional Medical Center, a Ballad Health member, seeks a full-time Neurohospitalist for inpatient neurology coverage. The role includes stroke work, ICU consults, EEGs, and coordination with affiliated hospitals in the Bristol/Kingsport/Johnson City area.

Employed position with competitive base salary, relocation assistance, CME allowance, and signing incentive; Epic EMR in use.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in neurology.
• Inpatient stroke and general neurology coverage.
• Experience with EEG reading preferred.
• Epic EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cover inpatient stroke and general neurology including ICU consults.
• Read routine and prolonged EEGs as part of patient care.
• Collaborate with BRMC, HVMC and JCMC teams across facilities.

Bristol Regional Medical Center (BRMC), a member of Ballad Health, is seeking a full-time board certified/board eligible Neurohospitalist for an inpatient-only opportunity. BRMC, a 312-bed Level 3 trauma center located in Bristol, Tennessee, is a primary stroke center. This role's primary location will be BRMC but will require some responsibilities at Holston Valley Medical Center (HVMC) in Kingsport, Tennessee and Johnson City Medical Center (JCMC) in Johnson City, Tennessee which are each located 15 miles from Bristol.

Ballad Health, a 21-hospital health system, covers a 29-county area and is made up of three tertiary facilities, 18 community/critical access hospitals, seven cancer centers, 18 Urgent Care locations and multiple specialty offices through its employed arm, Ballad Health Medical Associates, made up of over 800 physicians and advanced practitioners.
