Job description

Position details:

Locations: Wisconsin

Duration: January 2025 - Ongoing

Schedule: 1-4 weeks/month, prefer full-time but flexible

Shift: M-F, 8-5

Call: Call 1:3, Friday noon-Friday noon. Beeper call with patients scheduled during weekday office hours and a lighter schedule.

Patient volume: Approximately 10 patients per day

Scope: 100% pediatric neurology, including clinic, call, inpatient consults, and EMU. Support from residents.

EMG machine and in-office injections available.

EMR: Cerner

Hospital: Level 2 trauma center

Group/support: Residents and clinic support staff. Currently 2 department members, with one resigning in summer/fall (TBD).

Department overview:

• Sleep lab on site
• Children's hospital on site
• Neurodiagnostics with long-term inpatient video EEG monitoring
• Outpatient EEG
• Neurosurgery on site, along with many other pediatric specialties

Requirements (boards, license): WI or IMLC licensed preferred but not required. Board Certified/Eligible in Pediatric Neurology. Must have a clean background with no settled or pending cases.
