Job description

New Locum need for Child Neurologist in Marshfield, WI

Open to applicants with ANY STATE license.

This is a Level 2 trauma facility with immediate and ongoing needs into 2025.

Open to Board Eligible and Certified candidates.

Full-time coverage is required. The locum will occasionally work with part-time staff and other locums.

This position is for clinic and call coverage. The primary responsibility will likely be seeing clinic patients, with call coverage possibly needed in the future.

Details include:

• Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
• EMG machine available
• In-office injections
• Call 1:3, from Friday noon to Friday noon
• Patients scheduled during weekday office hours; lighter schedule with beeper call
• Approximately 10 patients per day

The department currently has 2 members; one will be resigning in summer/fall.

Department overview includes:

• On-site sleep lab
• Children's hospital on-site
• Neurodiagnostic services with long-term inpatient video EEG monitoring
• Outpatient EEG
• On-site neurosurgery with other Peds specialties
