Job description

Well-respected and highly reviewed practice seeking a BC/BE Pediatric Neurologist to join the team.

1. The practice currently has 2 Neurologists and 1 NP, with plans to add another Neurologist, 2 Psychiatrists, an Endocrinologist, Rheumatologist, and Pediatric Neurologist.
2. It has 200 referring physicians, affiliations with 2 major health systems, and support from 1 hospital.
3. The office is brand new, with certified and experienced staff members.
4. Fully equipped with EEG, EMG, and VNG machines.
5. Workload: 90% outpatient and 10% inpatient, with flexibility.
6. Teaching opportunities available for medical students and residents.
7. Create your ideal role; leadership opportunities are available.
8. Hospital coverage is limited to one hospital.
9. Call coverage: 5 calls/month plus one weekend call; paid for taking calls.
10. Typically 1 to 3 consults per call; no admissions or primary patient care.
11. General neurology patients with a wide variety and complexities.
12. Procedures include EEG (with remote reading options) and EMG/NCS, performed by a certified tech with 6-7 years of experience.
